Terms of Service

Overview

This User Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User” or “you”) and Shanghai ActionSky Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or the “Company”). It governs your access to and use of SQLShift services (the “Service”). Please read carefully before using the Service.

1. Account and Authorization

You must register an account before using SQLShift. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must not share your account with unauthorized users. Account transfers are only allowed where required by law or explicitly approved by SQLShift.

2. Service

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service through our online platform.

3. General Conditions

We may refuse or suspend service access when necessary. We do not guarantee that all information on the website is always complete, accurate, or up to date.

4. Ownership

You retain ownership of your own data. SQLShift, including all related logos, software, and content, remains the intellectual property of the Company unless stated otherwise.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, publish, distribute, or transmit content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, promotes fraud or abuse, or violates applicable laws and platform rules.

6. End User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own end users and how you use the Service.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free operation.

8. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force to the extent allowed by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation, and if unresolved, submitted to arbitration at SHIAC in Shanghai.

11. Revisions

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

12. Subscription

SQLShift provides multiple subscription plans. Access to paid membership features requires a valid subscribed account.

13. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Activities under your account are deemed your own.

14. Member Benefits

Member benefits and plan details are based on what is published on the SQLShift website at the time of purchase.

15. Fees and Cancellation

Membership services are paid services. Fees, billing methods, and refund rules are subject to published plan terms and applicable law.

16. User Responsibilities

You must provide valid payment information and comply with laws and platform rules when using the Service.

17. Service Interruption

We may interrupt or terminate services due to violations, non-payment, force majeure, or other necessary operational reasons.
